Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Global Workforce Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, engaging in our consultations, or utilizing our visa and immigration services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Description of Services

Global Workforce Solutions provides professional visa and immigration consultancy services. This includes, but is not limited to, profile assessment, application strategy, document preparation, and form submission guidance for tourist, student, employment, and residence visas. We act as an advisory and administrative service to assist you in navigating international immigration processes.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Please read this section carefully. Global Workforce Solutions acts solely as a consultancy and representative agency. We are not a government entity, embassy, or consulate. We do not have the authority to grant visas, work permits, or residency. While we utilize our professional expertise to maximize the strength and compliance of your application, the final decision rests absolutely and entirely with the respective government or immigration authority. We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding the final outcome of any visa application.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective processing of your application, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documentation at all times.

  • Submit required documents and respond to our requests in a timely manner.

  • Inform us immediately of any changes in your personal circumstances, travel plans, or legal status that may affect your application.

  • Bear full responsibility for any application rejection, delay, or legal consequence arising from the submission of fraudulent, forged, or inaccurate documents provided by you.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Consultancy Fees: Our professional service fees are outlined prior to the commencement of any work. Once an application process has been initiated and our team has commenced document preparation or advisory work, our consultancy fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application’s final outcome.

  • Government Fees: Any fees paid to government bodies, embassies, or third-party assessment agencies (such as biometric fees or language test fees) are strictly non-refundable as per the policies of those respective entities.

  • Additional Costs: The Client is responsible for any secondary costs incurred during the application process, including notary fees, document translation, courier charges, and medical examinations.

  • The rejection, delay, or cancellation of a visa or immigration application by a government authority.

  • Changes in government immigration policies, laws, or processing times that affect your application.

  • Travel disruptions, loss of employment, or financial losses incurred due to delayed or denied visas.

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the Client.
